Another sunny day

Yesterday evening we took the kids on a picnic (we might have had Popeye's...) at Riverfront park, henceforth to be referred to by Kaylen as The Park With The Fish. We had originally planned on going to a playground, but it turns out running around by a lake is so much more fun!

Although Kaylen was really not impressed with the goose poop everywhere. And Penny, of course, didn't notice it. 

It felt like the old days of when Jason and I used to go do things like that when we lived in Norfolk. Only better, because now we have three more people to enjoy it with. Their joy definitely increases mine. 

(But i still would like to go on some walks with JUST Jason...)
