The miracle occurred

Penny has been sleeping for over an hour and a half. You have no idea how I have longed for this day. Actually, yes, you probably do! I was feeling full of skepticism about Jason's lunchtime prayer about good naps being answered, because isn't that what I always ask for and don't get? But naturally God is most merciful on my most doubtful day...

Anyway, i've been using this precious time wisely by hanging twinkle lights in the kitchen. Important prep for a snowstorm next week. (Yay, Snowflake Day! Not yay, real cold weather. ;) )
