Leek, Potato & Broccoli Soup

I made this soup this week and it was delicious and easy: http://m.allrecipes.com/recipe/158138/recipebroccoli-leek-and-potato-soup. Although i must admit i did the extra-lazy version and didn't cook bacon (we had shredded ham in the freezer) or bother with onions or celery. Also i used a combo of beef broth and water and instead of milk i added a few scoops of sour cream. It's nice to have soup turn out; i know it's supposed to be the easiest thing to make, but I find it a little nerve-wracking. :)
