Menu planning

Finally, a week where I have really stuck to my menu! I can say that because barring a national disaster, tomorrow night will be pizza night. We like our pizza. Although for the sake of eating more vegetables, note that we will be having a *delicious* salad!

Tonight's dinner was the best, though. Scrambled eggs, raspberry & Meyer lemon pancakes, and juicy sweet grapefruit. We usually go vegetarian on breakfast-for-dinner nights, but who minds when you have pancakes as a main course? (And we have bell peppers in the eggs and fruit as an accompaniment, so It does meet some nutritional guideline.)


Spaghetti
(Thai-ish) chicken & rice + roasted parsnips
Tacos with roasted potatoes & butternut squash
Breakfast for dinner
Pizza & delicious salad

Basically, menu-planning goes by this: buy whatever produce is cheap, pick Asian-y meal, pick Mexican-y meal, have breakfast, have pizza, and hope i find something i feel like making for the final couple days.  Viola!
