Polenta, Ham & Eggs

I was going to make waffles last night, but that seemed like too much work. So i thought -- quite randomly -- that polenta with eggs and ham would be nice. You can google recipes, but polenta is basically just cornmeal cooked in chicken broth and water, jazzed up with pepper and butter and cheese. Much easier than, say, risotto.

I added basil and tomatoes because we have a superabundance of those.

Tasty stuff. (Also super cheap.)
