Indian food night

Well, slightly made-up Indian food. The spices were right: lovely-smelling things like coriander, cardamom, and yellow mustard seeds crushed and then heated together in a skillet. But then i just threw in some pork and cauliflower and tomatoes and tofu. I liked it (served over brown rice), but it needed to be a bit more saucy. Maybe tomato sauce added next time?
