Snowy-day lunch

I'd never had a fried egg sandwich till Monday, but now they're a daily happening. I'm afraid i might be slightly obsessed. One fried egg, cheddar cheese, and...pesto. My mom gave me a jar for Christmas and it goes well on sandwiches.

And strawberries make it easy to pretend spring (and Kaylen's birth) are right around the corner....

    I love fried-egg sandwiches. But for some reason you always thought they sounded gross when I had one. :)

    Haha...well, for a long time I hated the smell of fried eggs and I still only like eggs that are cooked all the way through (no over-easy!). But they're so easy to fix! And eggs have become a staple of my diet. So you can come over for fried-egg sandwiches anytime now. ;)
