Sleep

Kaylen hasn't been sleeping much, which means I've been sleeping even less. It was an incredible relief yesterday when the lactation consultant I've been seeing told me this isn't normal and I need to just give my baby as much as she wants from a bottle before bed so we can both sleep for a four or five hour stretch. Didn't actually work last night, but three hours is still a bit better than it had been.

And after trying now for an hour to get her to go to sleep, she's now so soundly asleep that the UPS man repeatedly ringing the doorbell, both dogs barking frantically, and me yelling at them to shut up didn't even phase her. (I admit, I checked to make sure she's still breathing.)

But while she was awake I snapped a few pictures of her...
