Rainin' while the sun shines

Which is awesome. The fresh smell of summer rain, water for our garden, but none of the gloom.

I feel like I *sound* gloomy sometimes, but most of the time really I'm just struggling with exhaustion and trying to feed Kaylen enough and figure out what to do for her, rather than being really depressed. And she just gets more and more fun. She was happy all morning and smiled at me almost every time she looked at me. That makes being a mom a pretty amazing thing, in spite of the hardships that go with it.
