Happy Saturday

Usually i don't enjoy Saturdays. Too much to try to do, etc, etc. But i did my grocery shopping last night and basically we had nothing we HAD to do today. So Jason made biscuits and gravy (!) for breakfast, and as far I'm concerned he can do that every Saturday, please. Then we went to the mall to see Christmas decorations and ended up stopping at Build-a-Bear. Holy. Cow. Those bears ain't cheap. But we looked on the clearance rack for the smallest animals and dresses and came out at about $15. And the girls adore their hippo (Penny) and flamingo (Kaylen). And now i am making chai from scratch...without a recipe, so maybe not awesome...and going to get all crazy and start wrapping presents. Because the rest of the week hasn't been this easy, and there's no counting on next week, either. But this right now is very nice. 

And perhaps our decor contributes to feeling festive?
