Tortillas

I've been wanting to make tortillas for a quite a while, so let myself run out of the storebought kind so i would be forced to make some. And they were really quite easy...but i basically made a VERY good pie crust instead of tortillas. Whoops. The recipe called for waaay too much fat, as i realize now that I have looked at several different recipes. Maybe next time with a lower fat-to-flour ratio I'll get the hang of it. I know it's ridiculous to not even have taken a shower but still want to make homemade tortillas, but there you have it. Sometimes the need for creativity trumps practicality. 

And now to go throw some fruit on the rest of the tortilla dough and turn it into a pie....
