The chipped plates

I love the dishes we got from Crate & Barrel for our wedding. They're high quality and look great -- except for the salad plates, which started chipping almost immediately. I never thought about getting replacements, because soon after we got them that pattern was discontinued. But now it's to the point where we need new ones. Almost three years of chipped plates is long enough! So i contacted C&B, hoping maybe i could get store credit for at least part of the value. Instead they're sending me a full refund for all the plates, even the ones i didn't have an invoice for. Pretty awesome customer service! (Also, it shows that it never hurts to ask if you need something, which i'm not very good about doing.)
