I should start by saying this is not necessarily a recommendation. I thought this was some of the best salmon I've ever had, but I couldn't actually distinguish the fennel from the cedar flavor, so I think you'd be better of choosing one or the other. But the end result of this was really good.
We also had (sadly underdone) potatoes and a salad with a tomatillo on it, because what can I say, I am now tomatillo-obsessed and we are definitely growing some next year.
I do feel like I might have wasted the fennel fronds on this, but it's ok because I think the fennel bulb is starting to sprout more....
