The weekly pizza: olive oil & herbs

For last Friday's pizza, we used a base of olive oil instead of tomato sauce. I really liked how it turned out. We just smeared olive oil over the top, then sprinkled fresh basil and oregano leaves over it, then added a layer of cheese to keep the herbs from getting too brown (plus J likes two layers of cheese), then topped it with kielbasa-type sausage, tomato, and sautéed red pepper. And more cheese.
