Stout cookies

Well worth it if you like making cookies. I actually hate making cookies, unless it's Christmas time and I'm making them with friends...but occasionally I forget just how much I dislike it and a recipe like this tempts me. These are such good cookies I'm glad I suckered myself into making them, but it'll be a while before I make any again!
