Microwave dinner

Yesterday was too hot to make chicken tetrazzini in the oven like I'd planned. So I googled "microwave turkey tetrazzini" and you know what? There are lots of recipes. I didn't exactly follow a recipe, but it turned out pretty well. I might have to try this microwave method more often, even if it takes a lot of the fun out of cooking.
