Baking Advice

"If you don't screw up a recipe from time-to-time you probably aren't baking enough!" - The Fresh Loaf

This is the whole reason I'm scared of "real" baking (e.g., not cakes or muffins) - I don't want to spend hours on something only to have it fail. But Jason is not similarly afflicted, and he's made some amazing bread for us. And even the bread that flops is still pretty tasty. So I'm trying to be more adventurous like him!

But right now, I think I'll stick with banana bread....
